It was on May, 16th, 1971 that a nineteen year old Casey Viator won the AAU Junior Mr. America contest in Baytown, Texas.

Six weeks later, on June 12th, 1971, Viator went on to win the AAU Mr. America in the most dominating fashion imaginable.

In those days, bodybuilding contests had sub-categories. In addition to winning the overall title, in that contest Casey also won Best Arms, Best Back, Best Chest and Most Muscular.

They did not award him "Best Abdominals" probably because He won everything else (although he had won "Best Abs" at the 1969 Teen Mr. America in which he placed 6th)

Earlier that year, Casey had also won the AAU Teen Mr. America contest giving him a clean sweep and in winning all three, sent shockwaves through the entire strength world.

You see previous to Casey's Mr. America win, he had been trained for 10 months by a "madman" named Athur Jones who was pioneering a new kind of training.

In those days, it was commonplace for bodybuilders to train for up to two hours per day for six days a week. Jones' program lasted a little over two hours per week - total, and it made everyone who tried it (and did so correctly) grow like a weed.

The theory was simple -- do only what was necessary in training, and leave the rest of the time to grow.

Here's an example from Caseys last workout before the Mr. America contest as reported by Ellington Darden:

"At approximately 9 o'clock on the night of June 10, 1971, Viator did 13 repetitions in the squat with a 500-pound barbell on his back.

None of his reps were half squats. They were all butt-to-heels, full squats - performed after he pre-exhausted with 750 pounds on the Universal machine leg press for 20 reps, followed by 225 pounds on the Universal machine leg extension for another 20 reps

. . . with no rest between the exercises.

That's right, Jones pushed Viator through a double pre-exhaustion cycle: leg press, leg extension, and squat, performed back-to-back-to-back... with very heavy weights, in good form, for maximum repetitions... which was the ultimate in HIGH INTENSITY."

This, of course, was just the "legs" portion, the rest of the workout was equally impressive.

Now, you may not be using numbers like Casey, but you can train in the same fashion -- and experience very dramatic results. This type of training can be done with any piece of equipment, and will literally shock your body into growing bigger and stronger.

And the best part is, it is totally and entirely based upon your will power. You and you alone will determine just how much you can get out of it. Find out more right here:
